  Amazing staff and facility. It is such a difference from a hospital! From reception to discharge, I was greeted by friendly staff. I looks like they honestly LOVE their jobs because of the constant smile on their face. In regards to scheduling, it is understandable that unforeseen circumstances can happen during a procedure. Doctors sometimes need to take extra time with a patient because of their findings during a procedure. I'm very pleased that my doctor took her time with me to give me the most accurate diagnosis. Broward Specialty Surgical Center gets a 5 star rating in my book!
