  One thing they don't tell you is that you have one week to let them know if you have any complaints about your haircut, hair color, etc. I was embarrassed to call and complain, but when I finally did, I was told that 3 weeks had passed and there was nothing they could do about it. This is after being a customer since 2009, at the Plantation location and the only reason I relocated was because my regular hairdresser had left. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, but the customer service is not. Also, get a detailed receipt of your services, which they never give you one, you specifically have to be asking for it, prices go up and you don't know until you're paying the bill, just an FYI. I've already found a much better salon and way cheaper.

  I go to the location on Sheridan Street and absolutely LOVE Jessica, she is amazing and gives me exactly what I go in looking for every time. The whole staff is very genuine and always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I recently moved about 40 minutes away from the salon but will make the commute to continue going only there!
