  Been here 2 hours waiting outside before they brought us in, and now sitting in a room for 20 min waiting for a Dr. my husband have something on his eye and can't barely see. You can even hear staff laughing around, is just not any type of urgency on this people. Choose to try it for the first time (will be the last for sure) and not impressed. Is not busy at all (not even an ambulance have walked in), lots of staff hanging around but it looks like nobody is doing anything.
  (Update: 4 hours later and still waiting for a Dr.)
  Arrival time 10:50pm, actual time 3:00am. And on top of that everyone that have come after us have been seen already.) SMH
