  OutStanding! Wow! Why? ...
  Ali and Beth totally get it with regards to what each individual requires for their personal-fitness-well-being.
  1.) Comprehensive knowledge of the Fitness business ... from end-to-end.
  2.) Coaching... healthy coaching ... no overly exhaustive practices that intimidate and fail.
  3.) Cleanliness. It is the cleanest gym I've been in, in a long, long, long, time.
  4.) Machines are available all of the times to all clientele. AMAZING!
  5.) Great members. Respect for everyone, period!
  
  Thank you sooo much for allowing me to have the ideal gym among 1st rate people to fit my requirements. Cool. :-)

  Great local gym to work out. Has proper equipment, prices are reasonable. Friendly staff.
