  If there were zero stars that's what I would give this company. I own several and will be selling or giving them shortly. Never to buy another watch from this company again. It will take 4 months to get a battery replaced. Invicta sent it overseas for this process. OVERSEAS!. I just sent a watch to a another company on the same day for a battery and as it turns out a repair that I didn't know I needed. They called me within 24 hours of receiving my watch, gave me a turn around time of 21 days because they needed order the part (older model). No charge even though out of warranty because this part virtually never fails. The watch arrive back on time. And guess what: I can get the same agent to speak with me every time with no hassle. Even posting on social media about Invicta is a joke--no one reads or replies. They can keep this $300 watch for all I care at this point.
