  Trina very rude at drive thru. I called and spoke to GM Ms. Pat. She assured me she would deal with it. I went in next day to meet Pat. To which she wasn't there. Trina was at counter. When she found out who I was. She started carrying on how she's not rude. She pointed to her name tag and said here's my name. Kept wanting to argue and shout at me. A manger came from the back and begged me not to call corporate and speak to Pat. Pat and I haven't talked as of yet. That was 3 weeks ago. Pat has my number. This is a place that counts on repeat business. I live literally 2 blocks away. I get better service from Popeyes accross the road from them. If Popeye made a bowl that didn't spoke my blood sugars like KFC, I'd never step foot into any KFC again.
