  If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. I suggest running far away from this company. Do not walk. There are plenty of other reputable companies to handle your claim. The owner of this company lied to my relative and made promises he did not keep.
  
  My relative hired this company in good faith and was promised the world back in March and is still dealing with her claim. The owner made a promise to expedite her claim and at this point he won't get on the phone and does not return calls.
  
  She is so frustrated she does not even care if he could get her all the money due to her, she just wants to stop doing business with this man but he threatened to sue her for the fees on the full value (according to him) of the claim.

  I was a little hesitant to work with another public adjuster since my first experience was so horrible! But from my first contact with Charles and Royal Public Adjusters all of my fears were soon alleviated! Charles was always extremely professional even sometimes when I began to get frustrated with the process. He remained so calm and understanding. He always returned my calls/texts expeditiously and He assured me that he would work diligently to get the max that me and my property deserved, which is exactly what he did! He worked hard and fast to contact the insurance company and got my claim finalized within only a few months!!! These guys are great and I would never hesitate to use them again!!!
