  Only reason I gave them 1 star is the do a free consultation. Other than that....I wouldn't waste my time. I brought in my daughters laptop which needed a motherboard replaced. He wanted to charge $200+ for a used one from EBay or he gave me another option of putting all her data onto another laptop there for $150.... the catch??? the other laptop had a screen that doesn't even work. So why would I choose either of those options when I went to Dell Outlet online and found a new laptop same specs as current laptop and it's new for $198? Place is a joke.
